This machine is mainly used for drilling holes on H-beam, chan-nel beam, square steel pipe and rectangular steel pipes. It mainlyserves for Steel structure building, bridge structure, power station, offshore oil well drilling platform, tower mast and other structure steel manufacture industry. The machine totally has 4 drilling spindles: there is one spindle on the left side and one spindle on the right side respectively, which serves for drilling holes of the two flanges; there are 2 drilling spindles on the up side which serves for drilling holes of the web. The up side can accommodate 2 drilling tools with different sizes, which can simultaneously drill two differ-ent diameter holes of the web. Compared with the machine with only one spindle on the up side, this machine’s main feature is that when the hole diameter changes on the web, no need to change the drill tool manually, therefore, this machine can greatly save the tool change time, remarkably enhance the production efficiency and processing accuracy.
